Restore Volume, Enhance Contours, Fill Lines and Strengthen Skin with Dermal Fillers
As we age, the volume in the face naturally depletes. As a result, the face starts to sag and shadows and lines form. Dermal fillers are injected into the different layers of the face to restore volume lost naturally through the ageing process, fill lines and shadows and contour the overlying shape of the skin.
What areas can be treated with dermal filler injections?
Dermal fillers are used to replace volume lost with the ageing process or create enhancement to the contours of the face. We have a range of different products and brands available and will be discussed at consultation depending on your needs
How long will the treatment take?
All of the dermal fillers that we offer are able to be performed as a ‘lunchtime procedure’. This means the majority of our fillers will rarely require much 'down time' and all are performed in the clinic. Depending on the procedure, a local or topical anaesthetic may be used, however this will be determined after a thorough consult.
Are there any reasons why I can’t have dermal filler?
As with most cosmetic procedures, women who are currently pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive are not suitable candidates. People with a known sensitivity to the active ingredients in the desired filler are not suitable, nor are people with certain medical conditions, previous more permanent fillers or facial surgery.
Your past and present medical history, as well as your past cosmetic history, will be assessed to determine your suitability.
